Green Leaves

I know that it's the end of August.  I may be jumping the gun.  I'm already feeling a bit sad that summer is over.  (School has started so it's over, okay?) Which means that pretty soon as this beautiful green ALIVE nature is going to gone.  Don't get me wrong, fall is beautiful. Winter is drab and cold and dreary and boring and cold and drab and dreary and boring....and cold and drab and dreary and boring.  I'm going to miss the green.

Bragging on the blog. There's no shame to my game!

Becca came home from school today and looked so darn pretty I just had to photograph her.  She had earned a 0-2 dress down day at the school she attends; in other words, she hasn't received any marks on her conduct card and she got to break ranks from her peers and 'dress down'.  No uniforms for her today!  The school may consider this type of attire casual but I think she looks pretty darn smart!
